"Mixing of Supernova Ejecta into the Intracloud Medium"

Zusammenfassung. A long standing question is the efficiency with which metals, ejected by SN, are mixed into the surrounding medium. I very briefly review the current understanding of the mixing process and modeling efforts from the stellar interior to the ISM. Finally I'll discuss a work in progress on how we plan to model the mixing of ejected metals on a molecular cloud scale.
